• Advise clients on tax structuring, transactions, and regulatory reporting

You’ll work closely with a leading Partner and a small tax team, giving you direct exposure to high-value cases and clients from the start. * Contribute to cross-border advisory and compliance mattersCollaborate with colleagues across the European and international offices to deliver integrated tax solutions – a great way to sharpen both local and global expertise. * Stay updated on tax developments (CRS, DAC6, etc.)You’ll help ensure clients remain compliant and benefit from the most relevant, strategic advice.Experienced Tax Lawyer – Your Profile:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a tax practice within a Luxembourg law firm
• You are a Bar-qualified lawyer (List I, II or IV)
• You hold a university degree in law, economics, accounting or finance, ideally with a tax focus
• You communicate fluently in English and French; other languages (e.g., German, Luxembourgish, Spanish) are a plus
• You are autonomous, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of projects
• You value quality, collaboration, and want to work in a firm where your contribution has direct impact
