Values of authenticity, kindness, commitment, and responsibility drive the ethos of this family-run business, dedicated to elevating everyday self-care rituals with vibrant collections and brand collaborations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Exports Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the production and shipping of bespoke products for major clients in Asia & ROW. The role involves managing day-to-day export logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers and partners, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate timely and accurate shipments of goods (LCL and FCL)Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documentsIdentify and fix shipping errorsOversee production timelinesReceive PO orders from customers and maintaining excellent customer service at all timesCreating and managing product and production specification sheetsChecking & management of product & project costingsPurchasing and dispatch administration with a focus on timely and accurate processingRaising contracts and liaising with factories and suppliersArranging international shipping consignments and processing shipping documentsProcessing of proof of collection notesUpdating internal company systems and databasesBooking in customer Shipments via Maersk & DHLWorking closely with the Export Team to achieve stock shipment deadlinesMonitoring production and components from start-to end processQualificationsAnalytical Skills, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain ManagementStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in warehousing, export logistics and international shipping and IncotermsKnowledge of customs regulations and export documentationProficiency in logistics software and toolsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyIntermediate to Advanced user in Excel and Microsoft 365Experience of monitoring production and components from start-to end processExcellent Attention to detail and organizational abilitiesStrong oral and written command of English with the ability to communicate at all levelsStrong numerical aptitude and currency conversion proficiencyThe ideal candidate must be able to multi task, have experience in managing high volumes of emails, a team player and hard working with a sense of humour!!
