Job DescriptionAramark is looking for a Site Facilities Assistant in our PCC in Claremorris to join our Aramark Workplace Solutions (AWS).This permanent position is based in our client site, and reports into the Account Manager.Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform PPM & reactive works on site with both in-house and external suppliers, with support from the helpdesk
  • · Review and log H&S documentation ensuring RAMS are available for all works, including permit to work system.
  • · Daily rounds and reading of all M&E systems to ensure operations, inspection of PCC rooms to ensure ready for working day, reporting any issues appropriately
  • · Support in house maintenance team as required, carrying out some maintenance works
  • · Monitor BMS system as required.
  • · Stock Control
  • · Liaise with local clients daily to update on tasks and projects where required.
  • · Produce site-specific reports for example; weekly AC and lighting schedules & monthly energy data report
  • · Liaise with the Helpdesk regarding requisitions for orders and service call outs/issuing and control of materials delivery’s on site.
  • · In-house mail & porter services
  • · Supervise and co-ordinate third party contractors attending site and inspect works after. Maintain visitors/contractors log and report any incidents.
  • · Carry out emergency procedures in the event of a fire, flood, break in, or accident etc.
  • · Be responsible for notifying the helpdesk of any updates to the sites Asset Register
  • · Overview of in-house cleaning services operational delivery.
  • · Participation in provision of out of hour service
  • · Travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

  • · Experience in a similar facilities role.
  • · Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
  • · Working knowledge of a FM help desk and CAFM is desirable.
  • · Planning and organisational skills.
  • · Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • · Working knowledge of MS office packages, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • · Understanding of planned maintenance procedures & building assets.
  • · A basic understanding of good health & safety practices.
