• Assigning and supervising external companies / suppliers to carry out maintenance, repair work and inspections of all technical installations
• Monitoring and reporting of the maintenance works carried out as well as the necessary inspections of the technical building systems such as cooling, heating, ventilation, fire alarm and sprinkler systems
• Obtaining and comparing quotations for all kind of technical services as well for all types of smaller construction work, refurbishments
• Assigning and supervising the maintenance, testing and inspections of the handling equipment to ensure that the facility is operating safely and efficiently.

Infrastructure services

• Cleaning: Supervising the external companies for cleaning works to ensure the warehouse including the offices and outside area are cleaned, secured and in accordance with the highest standard and approved specification by the clients and local authorities.
• Health, safety, security and environment

• Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with local legislation
• Supervising the external security company, distributing and directing manned guard as necessary
• Ensure that all staff working on within warehouse perimeter are wearing their mandatory PPE (personal protective equipment), and that there is always stock for that

Commercial

• Running tender processes, obtaining and comparing quotations for building services and equipment
• Create bidder comparison, run negotiations and close contracts
• Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency (make our buy analyses)
• Generate and present regular reports
• Weekly meetings with the global Facility Manager / Community
• Obtaining and / or renew all the necessary permits, for a full compliance with the local laws.

• Proven experience in Warehouse or commercial real estate service
• English knowledge on high level
• Native Hungarian language knowledge is a must
• Technical background (electrical/mechanical)
• Facility expert background (education or experience)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills (working with external service companies)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
