Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager for a permanent position at our factory in Tuusula.Your duties include tasks related to the maintenance of an industrial property as well as diverse technical and administrative responsibilities. You will also be participating in the technical design of our new factory property and in the implementation of the relocation project. In this position you will plan the maintenance implementation for the new factory property.The tasks include, for example, monitoring the property’s long-term operational plan, budgeting maintenance costs, reporting, dimensioning and controlling the quality of maintenance and cleaning services, and cooperation with service providers and stakeholders. You participate in tendering processes for service providers in cooperation with our procurement organization.In this position, you will be responsible for property maintenance, repairs and development projects and work in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. Facility Manager will also act as the Chief Safety Officer of the site. Your team consists of one employed real estate specialist and an extensive network of partners. You report to our company’s Director, Operations & Site Leader.Our company is part of the international Envista Group and the property management group functions are located in Europe. In addition to Finnish, you will use English on a daily basis.Responsibilities of the position of property manager

- An applicable technical degree
- Experience and evidence of successful industrial property management
- Good leadership and organizational skills, managerial experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Systematic approach, pressure tolerance
- Fluent in Finnish and English
