We offer flexibility, career progression and a competitive start rate.To support growth and expansion we are currently recruiting a full-time Facility Manager to join our team in Dublin 18Working pattern: Monday to FridayMain duties and responsibilities
- Continued Operation of the site Facilities encompassing all elements of Facilities Management including but not limited to Buildings, Plant Equipment, Hard Services & Soft Services, etc.
- Continued management of routine preventative maintenance
- Maintain Operational Procedures, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Business Continuity Plans and Emergency Plans for Buildings and Utilities.
- Prepare documents to issue requests for tenders and management of tender process.
- Compare costs for required goods or services
- Project manage, coordinate, and supervise third-party contractors,
- Ensure the buildings meet health and safety requirements and comply with relevant legislation.
- Assist the local site Facilities Coordinators in directing, coordinating, and planning essential central services such as reception, mail, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
- Operate a BMS system and related functions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in facilities management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in FM software and MS Office.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and external vendors.
- Experience in project management and overseeing the work of external contractors.
- Strong IT skills, including good working knowledge of MS Office (essential) and relevant facility management software
