The objective is to weave the services into great experiences, providing employees with a seamless workday and satisfaction. We have a matrix organisation with a Facility Manager in every Nordic country and Lithuania, so alignment between the units is essential to ensure a coherent service experience across the Danske Bank Group.We are now looking for a colleague to join us in Helsinki. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the service delivery of Catering, Cleaning Services, Office Support, and Technical Maintenance in Finland. You will develop user experience, coordinate operational projects, and manage budgets locally in accordance with the facility management strategy.The work includes:
- Close collaboration with different stakeholders like a service partner, contractors, and business leads.
- Monitoring service deliveries to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Communication about services to end-users.
- Handling queries, complaints, and escalation issues to ensure solutions from the service partner.
- Evaluation and mitigation of risks related to facility management.
- Monthly performance reporting.
About you“To succeed in this role, you can translate feedback from customers and end-users into positive service experiences,” says Christian Lau Jensen, Head of Group Facility Management.You also have the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience within Facility Management and its outsourcing models.
- A bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good skills in stakeholder and operations management.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and accounting.
- User experience of MS Office tools and property management software.
- Proficiency in Finnish and in English.
