SEB is now looking for a new Facility Manager for the office in Arenastaden.Read more about Arenastaden !About the role:As a Facility Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to aligning operations with SEB’s business needs. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management Arenastaden, you will work alongside six colleagues responsible for delivering top-tier services in collaboration with our external partners. The team oversees key projects within the property, such as renovations and internal relocations, while also ensuring compliance with SEB’s physical security policies.This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that involves proactive requirement-setting with partners and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver world-class service. Key focus areas include digitalization, evolving ways of working, environmental initiatives, and heightened security demands.Arenastaden is one of four organizational pillars within Group Real Estate (GRE), SEB’s global corporate real estate function.
