The control systems are characterized by good control and coordination properties that are highly appreciated by crane operators and more than 20,000 systems are installed around the world. Behind the control systems’ high performance are more than 40 years of uninterrupted development work and around 30 patented innovations. The manufacture of all products takes place in our own factories in Eksjö and Vallentuna for complete control of the entire production chain from the smallest detail to finished systems.Our team is expanding and we are looking for a person for the role of Facility Responsible.The Facility responsible holds a key role in ensuring that our properties are in good condition, safe and operating efficiently. The role includes planning, coordinating and executing maintenance and repair work, as well as managing relationships with contractors and suppliers. The role also includes project management of decided initiatives.Main tasks and responsibilitiesPlanning and coordination:
- Establish and maintain a long-term maintenance plan for Olsberg’s properties
- Plan and coordinate emergency repairs and maintenance actions
- Prioritize and allocate resources to maximize efficiency
- Participate in the coordination of changes in the business such as equipment installations, changes to workplaces and layout changes.
Implementation:
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs
- Order materials and services from suppliers and contractors
- Lead and supervise maintenance and repair work, both internal resources and contractors
- Ensure that the work is carried out according to current standards and safety regulations.
Administration:
- Document work carried out and maintain records of the properties’ condition
- Manage the property maintenance budget
- Report maintenance status and costs to the responsible manager.
Miscellaneous:
- Stay up-to-date on new technology and methods in property maintenance, incl Еnergy efficiency
- Еnsure that future capacity and needs are secured to the extent of how the business develops and grows
- Contribute to developing and improving the maintenance processes.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Relevant technical education or equivalent experience
- Solid experience in property maintenance
- Knowledge of installations and safety regulations
- Ability to plan, organize and lead work
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with contractors and suppliers
- Experience in project management
Other:
- Driving license is a requirement
- English and Swedish in reading and orally is a requirement
- Flexible, the requirement to work outside of office hours or on call duty may occur
- Fork lift licence and/or License for mobile platforms class 1A, 1B, 3A, 3B is meritorious.
