As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Subject Matter Expert within building construction and facility management who will be the advisor to the partners across building expansion projects.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced cGMP team player, who thrives with handling multiple GMP-tasks within the Facility team including being change owner and Facility SME in close cooperation with the rest of the Facility Management team as our site is expanding.You will have close co-operation with internal stakeholders and the outsourced service partners to prepare the site for growth, without jeopardizing the on-going production. Together with the team, you will act as Facility Management SME and change owner on Facility Management responsible changes, with special focus on the cleaning area.You love to be part of the growing company with high ambitions and focus on patients, people, and quality. It is a role of high self-management including the opportunity to work from home when on-site presence is not needed.Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning follow-up.
- Review of cleaning logbooks.
- Update/creation of electronic Cleaning Plans and Facility procedures.
- Become a Facility SME in our event reporting system.
- Conduct Cleaning Inspections.
- Training of external cleaning personnel including training material
- Budget control for responsible areas and projects.
- Participate in Facility projects and improvements.
- Provide KPIs for responsible areas.
- Participate in inspections and audits.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill sets:
- Experience within electronic document systems.
- Experience in a cGMP facility.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
- Great leadership skill as managing of external contractors is essential.
- You are self-starting and have a flexible, dynamic approach to work. Lastly, you see yourself as a high performing team player who is ambitious on behalf of the team.
The teamOverall, you will be a part of the Facility Group which consist of 15 people, highly skilled within each of their areas. The different areas of responsibility in the Facility department are facility maintenance, canteen-, gowning-, cleaning services, Pest Control, Fire safety and Facility Strategic Projects.The Facility management and Security department is an integrated part of the EOS organization in FDBD. We provide the highest possible service to the organization, that supports a best place to work culture. We have a site wide appearance and must therefore cooperate with the whole site.On a personal level our internal department workday is open, friendly, humorous, and relaxed.
