• Coordinating and ensuring smooth service operations in our In Room Dining department
• Delivering Room Service orders to the room
• Checking and stocking of the minibar
• creating a unique restaurant experience in the guests room and handling complaints

Your Qualifications:

• A sound training in the upscale hotel industry is advantageous
• Passion for creating a unique guest experience
• An independent and self-responsible way of working
• resilience, teamwork and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German and / or English, additional foreign languages are advantageous
