In this dynamic role, you’ll bridge science and technology, supporting researchers with pre- and post-sales expertise. By combining your technical knowledge and customer-focused attitude, you’ll enable our clients to unlock the full potential of their research.You WillTechnical Support and Customer Engagement:o Schedule and perform pre-sale demonstrations and customer training on assigned instrumentation.o Engage with customers, providing post-installation support and troubleshooting assistance.o Ensure all information is logged via demo forms (pre-demo), demo reports, ServiceMax (post-sale), and Salesforce (pre-sale).o Continuous Improvement:o Master the team’s core technologies and tools.o Give ideas for improving technical workflows and processes.Account Management:o Handle assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.o Identify leads for post-instrument sales, upgrades, and accessories.Collaboration and Teamwork:o Work closely with territory sales personnel and other support teams.o Participate in team meetings and training sessionsYou will bring
- Minimum of 2 years in field support or operating flow cytometers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field.
- Solid understanding of flow cytometry or related fields.
- Problem-solving skills paired with a customer-centric approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivation and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80%).
- Full driving license
