We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and are open to discuss flexible work options to help you balance your work and home life.Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where your role as a Field Agent is to assist with the recovery of loans and the assets associated to them in the Southwest of the country.This role is primarily field-based, although some telephone collections will be required. A small proportion of the appointments may be pre-arranged by the Collections team where a customer asks for assistance in resolving their current situation.The ideal candidate will be able to travel/ based in the following surrounding areas Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and KerryRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Locate and recover assets in a compliant manner.
  • Work effectively alongside external recovery agents to supervise the repossession of motor vehicles.
  • Assisting Asset Recovery Agents where required.
  • Carry out tracing activity.
  • Assist the Collections team with visits as required.
  • Manage caseload and territory management to achieve KPI targets as set by the Collections Manager.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of face-to-face negotiating.
  • Good geographical knowledge within Ireland.
  • Experience tracing and locating individuals and/or motor assets.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Strong numeric and literacy skills.
  • Experienced with using basic IT and have good understanding of it.
  • Minimum competency APA or APP qualifications.
  • Possess a full clean drivers licence

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • Knowledgeble of the various types of motor and commercial credit agreements and lease agreements.
  • Familiar with the Irish legal process post-collections.
  • Compliance and data protection knowledgeble
  • Experienced in the collections industry.
  • Experienced in the motor industry.
