Would you like to plan your own workday, where freedom with responsibility, professional pride, and customer service are the key elements?Then you might be YES-EU’s new field service technician with a mechanic/auto electrical background!About the JobAs our current field mechanic transitions to other responsibilities within the company, we are looking for you to take on the role of a field mechanic in our Central and Southern Jutland region (from Herning and southwards). In this role, you will work as a field technician based at your home address, with a company-provided vehicle equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to carry out your tasks.You will be responsible for planning and organizing your workday, including receiving tasks, scheduling them, executing the work, and preparing documentation for invoicing.Your primary daily tasks will include:

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining electric buses.
• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining charging stations.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing bus and charging systems.
• Handling warranty and claim work on buses and charging stations.
• Providing excellent service to our customers when you meet them.

Additionally, you will handle occasional tasks, such as preparing newly purchased buses before they are delivered to our customers (bus operators).You will succeed in this role by ensuring high customer satisfaction while completing outstanding tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.About YouIt is essential that you:

• Hold a valid car driver’s license (Category B).
• Hold a valid bus driver’s license (Category D) or, at a minimum, meet the requirements to obtain one.
• Speak and write Danish at a good level, as you will handle written and verbal communication with customers.
• Speak and write English at a good level, as you may communicate with colleagues abroad.

If you are not formally trained in mechanics (e.g., Auto Electrician, Mechanic, or Truck Mechanic), it is necessary that you have several years of experience in a similar role, which includes tasks such as servicing, repairing, and maintaining electric buses and/or charging stations.As a Person, You Are
