Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.Learn more atJohnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Field Medical Advisor Oncology (Prostate & Bladder) for our affiliate in Denmark.The Oncology medical advisor will – in collaboration with the country value team – be responsible for the strategy and execution within the Oncology area. Further, the medical advisor will work with the clinical trial team to ensure excellence in clinical operations, within the current and future compounds.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a professional partner with Health care professionals and provide clear and compelling description of advances in the therapeutic area upon request.
  • Drive scientific advancement by attending conferences, arranging advisory boards and other medical education.
  • Collaborate cross functionally in the Core Value Team with Market Access and Commercial as the medical expert.
  • Be the medical partner in initiating, driving and following medical projects and evidence generation.
  • Review and approve medical material for medical accuracy, such as commercial material and regulatory translations.

QualificationsEducation:

  • Cand. Med, Cand. Pharm, MSc, Cand Scient or equivalent.

Experience and Skills:Required:

  • Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy or similar fields required
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • High proficiency in the country-specific language required
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English required

Preferred:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in comparable roles preferred
  • Desire to provide guidance and feedback to maximize performance of individuals and/or groups
  • Great command of communication skills, verbal, oral and written, and good presentation skills
  • Care for the big picture whilst also being very analytical and with eye for details as needed
  • Proactive and independent way of working being naturally inclined to drive initiatives in a timely manner
  • Solid business acumen as well as understanding of the healthcare business landscape
  • Collaborative mindset both within and across functional and geographical areas

Other:

  • High proficiency in the country-specific language required
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English required
  • 10-15% – Travel for international and regional conferences and local country meetings.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office required
  • Valid driver’s license required
