As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and OE2 customers. This role will be based in Sweden and will require extensive travel (more than 50% of the time) across the Nordic region, including Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. You will serve as the link between our distributors and customers, identifying new business opportunities, and helping to expand YOHT’s footprint in the agricultural and construction segments. You will also:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy with the Country Manager for the Nordics.
  • Achieve sales revenue targets and roll out campaigns to increase market share.
  • Build strong relationships with OE2 customers, tire dealers, and distributors.
  • Train tire dealer sales teams to ensure they are equipped for success.
  • Gather customer feedback, collaborate with Product Management on pricing strategies, and represent YOHT to strengthen partnerships.
  • Forecast sales and manage customer claims with the technical department.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a commercial or technical field. You should have 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in the region, preferably within the OHT tire or agricultural/industrial machinery sectors. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international environment are essential. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus. A proactive, results-oriented mindset, good Excel skills, and the ability to analyze sales data are important. The role requires over 50% regional travel, and you must be based in Sweden, ready for a home-office position.What we offer
