An exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our client, a leading multinational manufacturer of compressors and vacuums. As part of this role, you will travel from site to site in Connacht, servicing industrial equipment.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctions, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Keep detailed records of your work using our intuitive digital tools.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service.
- Maintain and use your own tools, with additional specialist equipment provided.
- Expand your expertise in VSDs, refrigeration, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits.
- Be part of an on-call rotation, ready to respond when needed, with opportunities for overtime.
- Uphold our commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial electrical or mechanical roles.
- A mechanical or electrical qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- A full Ireland driving license-you’ll be on the move!
- Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Flexibility to participate in our call-out rota.
