Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing and qualifying our customer’s equipment consisting of biopharma equipment such as liquid chromatography systems (ÄKTA process, ÄKTA avant etc) and cell culturing equipment (WAVE, XDR etc). You will be working in laboratories and pharmaceutical production plants on customer sites, and will be responsible for performance of customer visits, including customer coordination, travel planning and ordering spare parts. You will be expected to take part in our 24/7 stand-by team. This position reports to the Area Service Manager and is part of the Nordic field service team with 20 engineers across Sweden, Finland and Denmark. This is a field-based role with travelling mainly within Denmark and the southern part of Sweden. You will be closely related to our our office in Vallensbæk, Denmark.What you will do:Plan & perform preventive maintenance, repair and installation visits at the clientsPlan & perform qualifications (IQ/OQ)Promptly complete and return relevant paperwork (and electronic evidence) associatedWho you are:Relevant background as a mechanic, electrical/automation/electronic technician, incl. good computer skillsFluent in either Danish, both oral and written. English as working languageGood communication and social skills, and effective organizational and administrative skillsValid driving license and EU work permit with ability to travel extensively within Nordics and BalticsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience of chromatography or cell culturing productsExperience in troubleshooting mechanics, electronics, software/computers/networks or fluid handling systems.
