- Install, service, and repair thermal and rheology systems at customer sites and in the UK office
- Promote NETZSCH products and help maximize product sales
- Manage travel and logistics to ensure efficient service delivery
- Provide support and basic operator training to customers during instrument installations
- Promote and sell service contracts to customers
- Collaborate with the global service team to identify and resolve quality issues
- Maintain a full UK driving license and travel as required for the role
Qualifications
- HND/HNC or equivalent in Electronics, Engineering, or Sciences
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse and complex situations
- Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competent IT skills, particularly with MS Office software
- Experience with CRM systems
- Previous service experience, ideally 3 to 5 years in laboratory equipment, is a plus
