• Install, service, and repair thermal and rheology systems at customer sites and in the UK office
• Promote NETZSCH products and help maximize product sales
• Manage travel and logistics to ensure efficient service delivery
• Provide support and basic operator training to customers during instrument installations
• Promote and sell service contracts to customers
• Collaborate with the global service team to identify and resolve quality issues
• Maintain a full UK driving license and travel as required for the role

Qualifications

• HND/HNC or equivalent in Electronics, Engineering, or Sciences
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse and complex situations
• Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Competent IT skills, particularly with MS Office software
• Experience with CRM systems
• Previous service experience, ideally 3 to 5 years in laboratory equipment, is a plus
