Ultimately, a top-notch finance assistant should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and combing finance knowledge with business scenarios to help business grow.Responsibilities:

• Organizing the application, approval, and issuance of promotional activities.
• Settle various incentive activities and routine reconciliation with clients.
• Manage cash plan.
• Process tax payments.
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
• Support in month/quarter/Year Ends closing.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audit.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics etc.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented，strong sense of responsibility and desire to learn.
• Fluent in English.
