About usOur client is a global infrastructure fund manager specialized in investing in infrastructure assets across different sectors. In the scope of the growth of its Luxembourg-based office, they are now looking to recruit a Finance Assistant (m/f)She/he will be in charge of supporting the finance team for the general administrative tasks, and will report to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, based in Paris.MissionResponsibilitiesGeneral support of the finance team for the daily tasksProcessing of invoices related to the investment vehiclesPreparation of the payments through the different banking platformsImplementation of the new accounts in the banking platformsMonitoring of payables and receivables accountsPreparation of the legal documentation related to the financial instruments (shareholder loans, drawdown notices…)Preparation of the accounting package for the external accountantsPreparation of capital call and distribution noticesUpdate of the internal investment software (Efront)ProfileProfileDegree educated in Finance, Accounting, or Management2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in either the financial services, audit firm or private equity fund sectorsFluency in English is a must – any other language will be a plusStrong Fund management, accounting and tax backgroundProven analytical skillsAutonomous, adaptable and proactive with a strong team spiritPC Literate Ref : xomu3vtc2s
