This role will be central in optimizing the utilization of the capacity in our new headquarter as well as ensuring the best experience for our colleagues and guests across our offices. This role is essential in managing our major Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contracts and driving financial decisions within our Real Estate and Facility Management activities. Your key responsibilities are:
- Act as a key business partner by understanding and managing the details of Danske Bank’s major IFM contract with our subcontractor
- Leverage expertise in financial and business controlling to perform detailed financial analyses on contract spending and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement
- Analyse utilization of our in-house facilities as well as usage and sales of our add-on catering and other facility products and services as basis for negotiations with our IFM subcontractor
- Adapt quickly to changing tasks and comprehend our different internal business and operating models
- Conduct in-depth data analysis by combining data from our various sources and providers and communicate insights in reports and presentations
- Drive continuous improvements in our interaction with financial processes and systems from the facility management department
- Proactive identify and suggest ways to optimize the financial/commercial part of the contract
- Create a report structure on key drivers that are essential for running a complex commercial model with many interdependencies and revenues- and cost streams
A great matchThe ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Experience from either
- 4-5 years in a finance, contract management or facility management function, or
- 2-3 years in management consulting or similar proven experience
- Master’s degree or similar, for instance within business, finance, and legal
- Proficient in business controlling, financial modelling, budget management, and cost analysis
- Advanced data management, analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of or experience in contract management
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation creation
- Fluency in English; Danish proficiency is a requirement due to documents and certain communications can be required in Danish
