Business Finance is supporting our business in financial steering through reporting, financial planning, controlling and analysis.The Finance Business Partner offers a central role in the organization and close cooperation with the Head of Divisions regarding ensuring strong financial steering. At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, with an option of working remotely up to two days a week. Your direct manager will be Vibeke Fischermann.Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Being Finance Business Partner for a division,
• Leading the quarterly forecasting process in close collaboration with the business,
• Preparing Business Review presentations,
• Being responsible for yearly budget process – Data collection, analyze and presentation,
• Monthly closing, generating presentations and presenting them,
• Continuously optimizing our current process with a focus on effectiveness,
• Ad hoc tasks.

To succeed you will have:

• 5 – 10 years of experience from another Finance Business Partner job,
• An expert in MS office,
• Srong communication skills,
• A structured, pragmatic, and proactive approach,
• A combined strategic and analytical mindset,
• Strive to meet deadlines,
• With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English and Danish at a high level both in writing and orally.

It’s nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of PowerBI and D365
• Experience from another IT Company
• A strong financial background
• Modelling
• Project economy
