• Preparation of month end accounting and reporting to authorities
• Monitoring of outstanding payments, dunning process, cash positions & the intercompany reconciliation with other FMS branches
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts for OPEX
• Main contact person for group accounting, group controlling, financial auditors and authorities
• Responsibility for Accounting and payment transactions
• Fact-based advisory of the branch management along the decision making process
• Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies and principles
• Adminitrative routines (purchase, service, etc.)

Supporting the business units in relevant topics
Preparing Ad-Hoc analyses as well as deviation analyses between budgets and actualsYOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling
• Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field of study
• Experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding is an advantage
• Good knowledge in commercial and tax law
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Navision
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Team player with proactive work attitude
