We are looking for a Finance Manager who, in close cooperation with the finance team can lead the finance processes at the two Danish locations. You will have a management role in a merger process aligning financial systems (SAP integration), procedures and tools. For the two locations in Denmark (Sunds and Græsted) we are searching for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the finance function in Denmark. You will be based in Sunds, supported by a local accountant, and you will work closely with the controller who is based at the office and factory in Græsted. With this team, you strive to find synergies and process efficiencies. You will support the business at both locations, now and in the future situation where both locations will be part of one single legal entity. The Finance Manager reports to the International Group Controller who is based in the Netherlands. You will work from Græsted approximately 1-2 days a month and have approx. 4-8 days of travel per year to the headquarters in the Netherlands.Tasks will include:

• Responsible for the daily financial accounting
• Payroll activities
• Monthly Reporting
• Annual Budget and Quarterly forecasts
• VAT & Corporate Tax declarations
• Managing and guiding the audit process, internal and external audit
• Regular consultations with the KFSB Group Controllers and your pears, the local Finance managers in other subsidiaries, on finance and accounting topics
• Contributing to group SAP improvement projects (finance, internal control, master data, etc.)
• Initiating, managing and / or participating in (financial) process improvement projects
• Fleet management
• Personnel management and development of competences

Our expectations for you

• At least 8 years of work experience in a comparable role where you have built a strong finance toolbox
• An education as Cand. Merc. Aud, HD(R) or similar
• Experience in managing a (small) finance team where you have created a proactive, hands-on, flexible and dynamic working environment
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• International mindset is needed, and international experience is a plus
• Data-driven approach, using analytics to support decision-making
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel
