We are looking for a Finance Manager, Nordics to join KONE Door Business.As a Finance Manager you hold accountability for KONE Door Business’ financial matters across Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. You’ll drive & support management team to find levers for profitable growth, ensuring margin improvement and positive cash conversion development.We welcome you to work in a hybrid-model, location is flexible within our Nordic offices.The key responsibilities:

• Drive business performance and decision-making by providing strategic guidance, actionable insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders
• Develop and support the KDB strategy implementation, specifically in customer-facing finance activities such as invoicing, collection and working capital development
• Strategic planning at the regional management team level helping to drive top-line growth and operational efficiency
• Accountable for end-to-end finance processes performance
• Accountable for complete and accurate financial records of region’s legal entities, including timely audit completion
• Ensuring compliance within both internal policies and local statutory requirements and regulations in areas of financial reporting, treasury, and taxation

Requirements for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance leadership role
• Business acumen – proven track record of successful business partnering
• Preferably Master’s degree in Finance or relevant field
• Experience in working in matrix organization and with external service providers
• Strong communication and presentation skills, English as working language
• Integrity and prior working experience on internal controls
