Leading a team of five, you will be responsible for all Finance, Controlling and IT activities in the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway & Denmark). As part of the Nordic management team, you will play a key role in driving the Nordic strategy roadmap and leading/supporting key strategic projects.You will report directly to the Commercial Director Nordic and indirectly to the Head of Finance & Controlling at Franke Home Solutions Division. This role can be based either at our commercial office in Stockholm or at our office and production facility in Byske, Sweden.Ready to apply? Make your mark. Join us.Your tasks

  • Leading the Finance and Controlling team of 4 people
  • Leading all Finance and Controlling activities in the Nordic region (in some areas supported by either North European Cluster or Division): E.g., Financial planning, MEC, YEC, Sales & Operations, SG&A, strategic & investment controlling
  • Developing, maintaining and improving of key processes within Finance and Controlling (in some areas in close collaboration with our shared service center)
  • Strong business partner to commercial functions, among others responsible for project portfolio controlling, initiatives controlling and follow-up
  • Collaborates in efficiency and Lean Admin projects (e.g., reduce transactional costs through lean org setup, standardization and automation)
  • Ensures compliance with finance and accounting policies & procedures (Franke, IFRS and local regulation)
  • Leading and coordinating external as well as internal audit

Requirements

  • Fluently in Swedish in combination with English
  • Broad experience (min. 5 years) in Finance & Controlling in an international environment
  • University degree or similar with major in Finance/Controlling
  • Profound knowledge of accounting and controlling methodologies, policies & procedures and tools with respective track record
  • Outstanding analytical and reasoning abilities
  • Solid strategic and operational management skills
  • Solid people leadership skills and ability to drive change in an international organization
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and to break down strategic priorities into tangible action plans; ability to provide clear focus and guidance in a complex environment
  • Strong focus on delivering results
