You will be a part of a team, that provide all the data Global Supply Chain need for the performance dialogue of current sites, and are further responsible for setting up systems and processes that can be used for data capture, forecasting, reporting.In this role you will work closely and spar with a dedicated team across Supply Chain Finance Process Optimization where there are continuous opportunities to learn and develop.Your key responsibilities will be:

• Maintain and develop current tools and reports such as various SAP systems, BW, SAC and Power BI for performance management measurements and standards within Supply Chain, introduce new ways of working with the support from your colleagues
• Act as Project manager on the projects within SC Finance Process Optimization area and IT organization
• Develop advanced analytics use cases together with various stakeholders within Supply Chain organization, specifically Logistics and Supply Chain Finance

• Develop and enhance new reporting tools and data driven solutions, focusing on continuous improvement working closely with the team

• Make sure that standards and processes are being followed, communicated and implemented, reflected in the tools and reports

• Foster collaboration with stakeholders in Global Supply Chain, Finance Business Partners and IT, ensuring efficient project progression and execution and standardization of processes and systems.

• Create training, guidelines and manuals, prepare training sessions, coordinate appropriate communication with your colleagues

What will make you successfulYou have a relevant financial master’s degree and several years of work experience within a finance function which has been giving you solid theoretical and practical knowledge that matches your business acumen. We imagine that you have:

• Demonstrated finance expertise, translating financial data into actionable business strategies.
• Assertive professional demeanor, capable of challenging financial proposals and establishing credibility as a key partner.

• Strong toolbox, communication skills and ability to navigate in complex international organization such as IT, different departments in Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain operations, Corporate Finance
• Data driven approach – experience with data modelling, advance analytical solutions and reporting tools is an advantage, such as Databricks, Azure Data Foundation, Power BI, etc.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain processes, performance management tools in complex system environments
• Willingness and capability to contribute as a senior specialist and subject matter expert in the team, sharing experience and knowledge of ERP systems for Supply Chain, such SAP S/4 in general. Knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP TM and other SAP systems is an advantage
• Experience with project management and various IT projects is an advantage

The ideal candidate might come from a finance and advanced analytics background, may worked previously as a Finance Business Partner, Specialist in Performance Management and Reporting Office, Center of Excellence or IT in international organization, but always wanted to work with development projects in Supply Chain and collaborate with various stakeholders.The position is based at our Viby office and requires regular on-site presence, but we offer the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.Would you like to join us?If you want to seize this exciting opportunity, please apply as soon as possible.
