This enables customers to eliminate information chaos, improve process efficiency, and automate security and compliance.We help knowledge workers to work smarter.The Financial Analyst (Finland based) will provide meaningful financial analysis of M-Files performance including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting across all levels of management within M-Files. The role will assist in building out the Financial Planning & Analysis function for the company as it embarks on the next level of growth.The preferred location of this position is in the Helsinki metropolitan area or Tampere, Finland .
This position will report to the Senior Finance Manager.What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create & maintain monthly & quarterly financial reporting inventory
• Prepare and distribute recurring management reports
• Compile analysis for inclusion into board meeting materials
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis regarding company profitability, expense analysis, cashflows, headcount, and other key financial metrics
• Create and monitor KPIs to measure company performance
• Interface with other functions to gather data and drive operational efficiencies
• Contribute with monthly accounting close & reporting process
• Assist with expense analysis & management
• Participate in budgeting & planning activities
• Will collaborate with Product, People & Culture, and Business Technology functions as needed

RequirementsWho you are /Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Organizational, written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interface with highest levels of management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional Excel skills with ability to handle large datasets
• Systems orientation, including ability to quickly learn new tools such as Power BI, NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce, or Planful
