We operate in eight European countries and are listed on the Helsinki stock exchange.Your role as a Financial Controller is crucial in our finance team. While much of the day-to-day accounting is handled by external providers, our internal finance team is responsible for group-level controlling, financial reporting, and business support to help achieve LeadDesk’s business objectives.Join us in our journey of success at the Helsinki Kallio office and contribute to achieving our ambitious goals.What’s in it for you

What you can expect as a Financial Controller at LeadDeskAs Financial Controller, you will play a key role in monthly closing, reporting and consolidation activities, while also supporting the continuous improvement of tools and processes. You will report to Director, Financial Control and work closely with our external accounting office partners and auditors in LeadDesk’s operating countries.This is where the match happensMust-haves

• 2-4 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in an international or group setting, or as an auditor
• Relevant education (e.g., M.Sc. in Economics or equivalent)
• Familiar with monthly closing, financial reporting and analysis
• Good understanding and previous experience from group consolidation principles and processes
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)
• Hands-on and proactive working style with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Familiar with cash management in an international environment
• Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage

Practicalities

• Start date: August 2025 (the sooner the better!)
• Employment type: Full-time and permanent.
• Salary: EUR 4000-4500/month
