Financial Controller📍Location: Oslo (Hybrid, in-person preferred)

Our SaaS platform helps real estate owners and facility managers ensure compliance, reduce risk, and increase efficiency by making critical building information easy to find and use.We are looking for a motivated Financial Controller to join our team and help drive Findable’s growth.What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements in both Norway and the UK
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for investors and internal stakeholder
• Coordinate and support external audits (statutory and investor-related)
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department leads
• Analyze costs, track variances, and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency
• Support business cases, scenario planning, and investment analysis for strategic decisions
• Improve internal controls and documentation processes
• Manage customer subscription tracking and cash flow planning
• Drive financial system improvements and support scalable operations

What We’re Looking For📊 3–5 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or audit (preferably within SaaS)📚 Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, tax compliance, and audit processes📈 Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling💻 Experience with ERP systems and tools (e.g., Xero, Fortnox, NetSuite, Excel)💡 Solid understanding of SaaS/subscription models, cash flow, and cost structures🔍 High attention to detail and accuracy🛠️ A process-driven mindset with experience implementing internal controls and scalable workflows🤝 Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English and a collaborative approach to cross-functional workWhat’s in It for You?💼 A key role in a fast-growing SaaS company with a supportive team
