At H55, you will work with a very forward-looking team who are changing the paradigms of air transportation. H55 is composed of highly experienced engineers, entrepreneurs and managers and is seeking like mind talented professionals who understand how to couple creativity and innovation with technical and business considerations.Your RoleReporting to the CFO , you will play a key role in providing the tools and support needed to accelerate accounting and internal control activities.Your main responsibilities will be:

• Take ownership of accounting activities and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare quarterly closing and financial reporting including consolidation of multiple entities
• Lead yearly financial audit process including liaison with external parties (e.g. auditors)
• Support yearly budget process and budget revisions, including coordination with cost center managers
• Support business finance initiatives such as:

• Product costing deployment & updates
• RFP/RFQ and pricing proposals
• Cost reduction initiatives & cash runway extension
• Financial Business Plan update

Your profile and experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in Financial Controlling, Audit, Financial Reporting, large accounting firm experience is a real plus.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Accounting qualification completed or in progress (ACCA, CPA, Brevet Fédéral)
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss GAAP, knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP is a strong asset
• Strong analytical- and business acumen skills, with ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and multi-task
• Excellent communication skills, verbal an written with ability to prepare reports and present information
• Thrive in a fast pace start-up environment
• Autonomous and solution oriented
• Excellent command of MS office with advanced skills in Excel
• Experience in operating an ERP
• Fluent in both French and English, any other language is a plus
