A well-known hospitality group with offices based in West Dublin is looking for a financial controller.The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and the accounts team of the hospitality division of the Group. The role focuses on cost control, financial reporting, optimising financial processes, and maximising profitability across all hospitality entities within the group.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting purposes.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial stability and profitability.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Implement and monitor cost control procedures across all hospitality entities.
• Review and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

• Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial processes.

• Collaborate closely with operational managers to support decision-making and financial planning.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Minimum of 3 years of financial management experience, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector.
• Proven experience in leading and managing accounts teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
