About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our clients dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function, providing strategic financial guidance and driving operational excellence. You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the business.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Financial Control: Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to optimize financial performance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange fluctuations, fuel price volatility, and regulatory changes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in the aviation or a highly regulated industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• A proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
