Now we are looking for a Financial Crime Prevention Specialist to join our team and help us stay one step ahead when it comes to AML and counter-terrorist financing. If you are motivated by structure and impact, this could be the right challenge for you.Get an idea of the roleAs a Financial Crime Prevention Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that the bank complies with AML and CTF regulations.Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and analysing transactions to detect suspicious activity

• Performing KYC, ODD, and EDD for new and existing customers

• Investigating AML alerts and reporting suspicious activity when needed

• Supporting and training colleagues in AML/CTF-related matters

• Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and routines

• Staying up to date with relevant laws and regulatory changes

On a personal levelTo succeed in this role, you are someone who combines deep regulatory knowledge with strong analytical skills and sound judgment. You are structured, thorough and solution-oriented, and take pride in doing things the right way.We believe you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in AML, compliance or financial risk management

• Strong knowledge of KYC/ODD/EDD processes and AML/CTF regulation

• Experience from the financial sector, preferably within card services, banking or fraud management

• A collaborative mindset and confidence to communicate clearly across teams

• A degree in law, finance or another relevant field

• Full professional fluency in both Swedish and English
