• Benchmark cost and revenue performance across international fleets
• Monitor lifecycle costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Support budget planning across fleets and regions
• Coordinate cross-functional input and track KPIs and cost initiatives
• Drive accountability by mapping responsibilities and timelines
• Communicate risks and align expectations with stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear insights for use in management decisions
• Improve processes and develop scalable tools/templates

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar
• Strong MS Office skills; Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus
• Fluent English
• Ability to quickly grasp and work with technical concepts related to trains and maintenance operation. You should be comfortable discussing technical aspects with specialists
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders
• Skilled at balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail
• Strategic mindset: thinking in roadmaps, not just tasks
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and with structure
