Barden have been exclusively engaged by a rapidly growing Irish business to support in identifying an FP&A Manager to join their high performing team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated finance professional with circa. 4-6 years PQE, having previously worked in a commercial finance role.‘This is a unique opportunity to step into a commercial finance role in a fast growing and fast paced organisation, having a people management role in an innovative and inspiring finance team and to make your mark overtime and with experience have a strong commercial impact on the business’ Head of FinanceABOUT THE ROLE:Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, liaising with key stakeholders;
• Ownership of the monthly management reporting;
• Analyse and prepare commentary on financial performance, to assist in decision making;
• Maintain financial models to update for projections;
• Act as a business partner liaising between departments;

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified accounting professional, circa. 4-6 years PQE;
• Experience working in industry, in a fast paced environment;
• Has managed teams;
• Previous experience in financial modelling and budgeting;
