• Provide high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, supporting them with their inquiries related to the social media platform.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve user issues to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay informed about the latest features and updates of the platform to provide accurate guidance to users.
• Document all interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for service optimization.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and suggest improvements for better service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Foster a positive and engaging environment for users while promoting brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the technology or social media sector, is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
