We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Greece! If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to help others, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be the first point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, providing support, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish
- Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and service-related questions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction in line with company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Swedish (native or near-native)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools
- Friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in Greece (EU work authorization required)
