As part of Semine’s team, you will work in a dynamic, inclusive environment where innovation and community are central.Semine is now looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Success Manager who can be based either in their Stockholm or Helsinki office. This role will give you the opportunity to play a central part in their ongoing expansion and contribute to the company’s global growth journey.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and use of Semine’s AI-driven financial solutions for clients. You will work closely with customers to ensure they effectively utilize the platform, supporting them on their digital transformation journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the onboarding process for new clients, as well as managing ongoing projects in a consultative and supportive manner. Your goal will always be to maximize the value customers derive from Semine’s products, identify new opportunities, and build long-term relationships. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team in Sweden and Norway, as well as the product development team, to provide feedback and contribute to the product’s development.Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you are a relationship-builder with an understanding of balancing client needs with business decisions. You manage your time efficiently during busy periods and ensure that you deliver results that drive both client and Semine’s growth forward. You enjoy working closely with clients to understand their needs and find solutions. Finally, you have the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines, even under stressful conditions.Additional InformationSemine’s Offer:
