- Assist Finnish-speaking customers by responding to inquiries and offering expert guidance on the digital store’s products and services.

- Conduct training sessions for customers on how to effectively navigate and use digital store platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to formulate strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement.

Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
