Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the designated customers’ fleet of vehicles. You will act as the contact person for the customer in all matters related to vehicle management throughout the supply and service chain. This includes ordering vehicles, guiding users in related matters, competitive bidding for offers, and contract management. Additionally, you will maintain the customer database. You will work as part of the customer service team, but you will also have an independent role as the contact person for your own accounts. Most customer service is conducted via email, and customer service situations are also handled over the phone.We ExpectA customer-oriented mindset is the cornerstone of your work. You are capable of understanding the customer’s needs and offering solutions clearly and competently. Good communication skills, reliability, accuracy, and the ability to handle pressure are central in customer work. You are motivated and a team player who pulls together, and you can also handle independent tasks on your own initiative. The work includes both routine and long-term tasks. The job requires fluent written and spoken Finnish and English. Good IT skills are also a prerequisite for success in this role, especially proficiency in Excel.
