Formulation & Process Development (Project) ManagerDescriptionOur client is a leading pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the development and manufacturing of innovative softgel formulations.Responsibilities
- Lead the development of pharmaceutical dosage forms and softgel manufacturing processes.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize formulation and manufacturing processes, including encapsulation and drying.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.
- Oversee technology transfer from R&D to production.
- Troubleshoot formulation and process issues, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Prepare technical and regulatory documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
- Significant experience in softgel formulation development.
- Strong expertise in encapsulation processes, gelatin composition, and lipid-based formulations.
- Knowledge of analytical methods, stability studies, and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in German and English.
