Formulation & Process Development (Project) ManagerDescriptionOur client is a leading pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the development and manufacturing of innovative softgel formulations.Responsibilities

• Lead the development of pharmaceutical dosage forms and softgel manufacturing processes.

• Manage project planning, budgeting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Optimize formulation and manufacturing processes, including encapsulation and drying.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.

• Oversee technology transfer from R&D to production.

• Troubleshoot formulation and process issues, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Prepare technical and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.

• Significant experience in softgel formulation development.

• Strong expertise in encapsulation processes, gelatin composition, and lipid-based formulations.

• Knowledge of analytical methods, stability studies, and regulatory requirements.

• Fluent in German and English.
