We are seeking a proactive and organized Freight Forwarder to join our logistics team at IJB Multiservice. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating freight and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate transport by road, follow up on delays/ad-hoc problems.Prepare and process shipping documents * Quality Control of goods – loading/unloadingNegotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and agentsTrack and monitor shipments, resolving delays or operational issuesEnsure compliance with Danish transport regulationsMaintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems to ensure better planningBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and logistics partners * Optimization of routes for our clients all over the Denmark via CRMCandidate ProfileMinimum 0-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport coordinationGood IT skills (e.g., CRM, transport management systems)Proficient in Microsoft Office; freight management software experience is an advantageFluent in English (spoken and written); Danish or other languages are an asset * Flexibility to work in variable shifts as per the need of the businessStrong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure * Ability to multitask and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesWe OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package * Full-time permanent position (37 hours/week)International and multicultural work environmentProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesModern offices in Taastrup and Vallensbæk with good transport linksWork Locations
