• Document solutions for future reference and escalate as needed
• Manage incidents while adhering to KPIs and service management principles

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in French (C2), with strong English skills (B2+)
• Experience in L1-L2 IT Support, preferably in Application Support/Software Development
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Familiarity with SDLC, databases, and OS components is a plus
