• Leverage Modern Tech Stack: Work with tools like React, Next.js, Figma, NX monorepo, Tailwind/StyleX, GitHub, and Storybook to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Balance multiple projects while partnering with designers, backend engineers, and external consultants to deliver functional and visually appealing solutions.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate designs into responsive, accessible, and interactive user interfaces, ensuring seamless API integration and optimized performance.
• Prototype and Innovate: Ideate and prototype using cutting-edge tools like v0 (or others, depending on the project).
• Code Quality and Standards: Review code, provide constructive feedback, and define pragmatic coding standards to ensure consistency and maintain shared component libraries.

To succeed you must:4+ years shipping production-grade React —owning the full cycle from testing and CI all the way to release and long-term maintenance. Experience with NextJS is a bonus.Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and Typescrpit / JavaScript.Experience using, building, and maintaining component libraries (building and maintaining are nice to have).Be comfortable working across several projects, working with many different people / profiles, and be good at self-organising and initiating.However, we believe technology can be learned, but attitude cannot.
