We foster a build-measure-learn approach and love sharing knowledge while experimenting with new tools and frameworks.As our Frontend Engineer, you will:
- Build Modern Applications: Develop and maintain robust frontend applications using React and Next.js, ensuring seamless functionality and usability for both internal and external users.
- Drive Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, product owners, and UX designers to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
- Champion Reusability: Craft reusable components and solutions by adhering to atomic design principles, enabling efficient code sharing across teams.
- Innovate and Optimize: Continuously improve our platform’s performance while exploring new ideas, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to a Unified Platform: Play a key role in our multizone architecture, where various team applications come together to provide a seamless user experience.
- Enhance Our UI Library: Extend and maintain our shared UI component library, utilizing tools like ShadCN UI to ensure consistency and efficiency across our applications.

- Have experience building and maintaining frontend applications using React, Next.js, or other modern frameworks.
- Be familiar with fetching and managing data from CMS platforms or REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Be comfortable working with tools like Tailwind CSS for styling, expanding our own internally built shared UI system.
- Have an understanding of CI/CD workflows with tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Be passionate about writing clean, reusable, and scalable code.
- Have experience with testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress (a plus).
