HI Partners is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join an innovative FinTech company based in Luxembourg. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications that power fintech solutions tailored for fund administrators and managers, streamlining fund administration, investor relations, and corporate operations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—to transform ideas into impactful digital products and drive the future of our platform.Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and services to continuously improve the platform.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance code quality.
• Maintain and update existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Participate in configuring and deploying infrastructure for new clients.
• Conduct code reviews and implement unit and integration testing.
• Work with design and product teams to understand user needs and create responsive solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL – MariaDB, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vanilla and frameworks), and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with collaborative development tools (SVN, Git).
• Strong database design and management skills.
• A high degree of sensitivity to web and mobile application security.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure, SharePoint (including PowerApps, user and group management, PnP scripts) is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial regulation is preferred.
