You will develop and deliver technical solutions within a customer-centric culture, directly enhancing the experience and performance of their core digital products.What You Will Be Doing
- Create Engaging Digital Experiences: Develop user-friendly web application interfaces that delight customers and advisors.
- Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI designers, QA, business stakeholders, and the wider IT community.
- Lead Key Projects: Lead the design and development of digital customer and advisor journeys.
- Drive Improvement: Mentor team members, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Knowledge & Experience
- BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
- 6+ years’ experience with the full .NET technology suite (C#, React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Detailed knowledge of SQL Server.
- Detailed knowledge of Cloud Azure services.
- A strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
