In this role, you will work on meaningful projects that have a tangible impact on people across the country.Role OverviewAs a key player in the Digital Delivery team, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic ambitions of the organisation. You will develop and deliver technical solutions within a customer-centric culture, directly enhancing the experience and performance of their core digital products.What You Will Be Doing

• Create Engaging Digital Experiences: Develop user-friendly web application interfaces that delight customers and advisors.
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI designers, QA, business stakeholders, and the wider IT community.
• Lead Key Projects: Lead the design and development of digital customer and advisor journeys.
• Drive Improvement: Mentor team members, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Knowledge & Experience

• BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• 6+ years’ experience with the full .NET technology suite (C#, React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Detailed knowledge of SQL Server.
• Detailed knowledge of Cloud Azure services.
• A strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
